Environmental Health and Public Safety (EHPS) leads NC State’s efforts to protect the health, safety and well-being of students, faculty, staff and visitors. As a strategic partner across campus, we strengthen resilience, mitigate risk and foster a culture of safety that supports the university’s mission and values.

EHPS delivers a comprehensive suite of services that span safety operations, emergency management, risk assessment and management, health and safety regulatory compliance, transportation services,  and campus security technologies.
